Paddy Tipping taken ill

Paddy Tipping, Labour MP for Sherwood, has been taken into hospital on 27th June 2009 after suffering from a mild heart attack.

Paddy Tipping, Labour MP for Sherwood, has now left hospital (1st July 2009)and he is recovering at home. Paddy said “I want to thank all the wonderful staff both at the QMC and City Hospitals for making my stay comfortable and for the excellent care I received”.

Paddy has responded well to treatment and will now concentrate on recovering; he hopes to be back at work as soon as he can.

Meanwhile Paddy’s Office will be open for business as usual. Constituents who need help should continue to contact the office as normal.
